D. Perry holds the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, Master in Applied Economics, and Juris Doctor, from De La Salle University, Manila. A member of his law school’s pioneering batch, he was part of a team that participated in the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. He graduated with a Certificate of Specialization in Business Law after writing a thesis on the need to have an anti-trust law in the Philippines – at a time when there was no such law yet.
He is a member of the Philippine Bar and is a Lifetime Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Prior to joining the Tillmann and Muñoz Law Offices, he was a law intern at the Office of the Chief State Counsel of the Department of Justice.
Darwin is the firm’s expert on termination cases and procedural laws of the Philippines. He is currently in charge of the firm’s clientele in Europe.
