Ryan was formerly an Assistant Professor of Biology in Trinity University of Asia. While working as an educator, Ryan enrolled and finished his law degree from University of the East was eventually admitted to the Philippine Bar.
Prior to joining TM Law, Ryan became an associate in a firm which specialized in civil and criminal litigation, land registration cases, tax cases, and construction arbitration. He was also a former consultant for a Deputy Speaker during the 17th Congress and a former Assistant Corporate Secretary for an Investment House in Makati City.
Ryan is the firm’s expert on corporate law and crew benefits cases. He is currently in charge of the firm’s clientele in U.S.
